- Candidate will be part of a Server Support team that is responsible for 100+ unique environments, and must be able to organize their time and effort effectively

- Candidates must have the ability to work closely with the Desktop Support team and to provide remote helpdesk support to customers as required

- Candidate must have extensive Enterprise Level hands-own knowledge of designing, implementing, migrating, monitoring, and fixing Exchange Server 2003 and 2007.

- Candidate must have intimate knowledge of Windows Server 2003 (Standard and Enterprise) and should be able to support AD, DNS, DHCP, etc. issues.

- Candidate MUST have intimate knowledge of command line IOS.  SDM/PDM experience will not be considered.

- Must be able to resolve high level technical issues related to networks including site to site VPNs, VLANs, high availability, routing protocol issues (EIGRP, RIP2, OSPF), security hardening, etc.
