We had been working with Techcess Group on a Disaster Recovery plan that included both onsite backup systems and an offsite backup that saved to separate data centers on both coasts, with a 7-year retention. Soon after, I lost 6 months of calendar events through a software malfunction. Techcess Group was able to recover a full version of our Exchange database. They extracted all my calendar events and imported them back into my Outlook Mailbox. Everything was back to normal in a few days!
