Why should I go with you versus my friend who knows computers?

Our staff is highly trained to handle all types of technical issues that may arise when dealing with IT. Beyond that, we have over 50 years of combined experience in the IT industry (see about page). We have also established Techcess University that trains all technicians to remain up to date with the latest technological developments. Can I take a tour of your facility before I make a decision?

Of course. Actually we encourage you to do so prior to making any decision regarding your IT. You should know who you are dealing with on the other line personally before you sign over a crucial part of your business.

What exactly am I getting monthly with having you as my provider?

Regardless of the package and/or services that you choose, you will also receive: Unlimited Helpdesk Support with Remote Resolution, Security and Patch Management and Weekly Proactive Maintenance. (see solutions and services page for more details)

What happens if there is a major disaster that affects our business?

We ensure, through our Live Vault services that all of your critical data is preserved. Besides daily backing up your data, we have it sent to secure underground bunkers in a different state where your entire environment is replicated twice to ensure that regardless of the damage that is sustained to your physical location, your actual business will not go under.

Can all of my IT problems be fixed remotely?

The majority of your computer related issues can be fixed remotely. However, there are times where a physical presence will be needed. In that instance, we will deploy one of our On-Site Resolution Specialists to quickly resolve that issue hence minimizing downtime.

How many computers can you manage?

How do we save money by outsourcing instead of hiring a salary worker?

With our unique "fixed fee/per PC/per month" you are automatically reaping the benefits of what a one man $60,000/year IT specialist would cost you. With us you get a team of certified trained professionals that do not charge you hourly. You do not have to pay benefits, vacation time, sick leave, comp time, overtime or even spacing to house them. I only need back-up support, can I just purchase that?

How will I know that you guys are actually doing the work you say you do?

You will be given a Problem Resolution Report of activites done to keep your system running smoothly. We also provide backup, defrag, server monitoring and weekly proactive maintenance reports. This will give you an understanding of what we do behind the scenes to make sure that your network is never down.

I like my IT guy, but he/she is overwhelmed with all the work that we need done, can I use you without having to fire him/her?

We augment your IT department with a fully functional helpdesk, desktop services, server and networking support. Our system is flexible, so we can assist your existing IT staff.

Where is your help desk located?

We serve our domestic (USA) customers from Houston, TX and our overseas customers from India.

I only have 5 computers in my office, why do I need your services?
